Our story
Renovations, plus a finish most contractors can't do
Tinei Renovations is run by Tinei Chimanga, based in Die Bos, Strand. We take on the everyday work every renovation needs — tiling, painting, flooring, structural changes — and we also do the specialist finishes that usually mean bringing in a separate supplier, like decorative metallic epoxy floors and heavy-duty industrial floor coatings.
That range means a project doesn't have to get split across a builder, a tiler, a painter and a separate flooring specialist who've never met each other. One team, one quote, one point of contact from the first site visit to the final coat or seal.
We work with homeowners, landlords and businesses on projects of all sizes — from a single room to a full renovation, and from a residential feature floor to a warehouse floor.
